Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a screen printing machine always properly keeping the temp. of the printing paste on a screen. CONSTITUTION:A screen printing machine has a means (not shown in a drawing) supplying an object 10 to be printed to a printing position, a means applying the object 10 to be printed supplied to the printing position of a squeezee 7 and a screen 8 and a means (not shown in the drawing) discharging the printed object 10. Further, the temp. sensor 15 arranged in the vicinity of the printing position and means sending air controlled in temp. to the periphery of the printing position by the feedback of the temp. in the vicinity of the printing position detected by the temp. sensor 15 such as a chamber 12, a duct 13, a louver 14 or an air conditioner are provided.

いる。以下、図面を参照しながら従来のスクリーン印刷
機について説明する。図3は従来のスクリーン印刷機の
斜視図である。ローダーレール1により供給された被印
刷物は、被印刷物規正ステージ2で位置規正される。そ
こで、被印刷物規正ステージ2は上昇し、スクリーン3
の下方へ被印刷物を運ぶ。そこで、スキージ4がスクリ
ーン3上を移動し、印刷ペースト5をスクリーン3の抜
き穴から被印刷物へ押し出す。これで、印刷工程は終了
し、被印刷物はアンローダーレール6により次工程へ排
出される。図4は、印刷工程を表わす簡略図である。こ
こで、7はスキージ、8はスクリーン、9は印刷ペース
ト、10は被印刷物を示し、上述の動作により印刷を行
う。

ながら説明する。簡単のため図ではスクリーン印刷を行
う部分のみを示し、その前後にある被印刷物を印刷位置
に供給する手段と印刷された被印刷物を排出する手段と
は図示および説明を省略する。図に示すように、本体カ
バー11の天井部に風向を調整可能なチャンバー(エア
ー溜り)12を設ける。チャンバー12にはダクト13
を介してエアーコンディショナー16から温度制御され
た空気が供給される。その空気は風向きを調整できるル
ーバー14から、スクリーン上へ送られる。その風速
は、スクリーン上の印刷ペーストが乾燥しない程度の微
風である(クリームはんだによる実験では0.5m/s
程度)。また、スクリーン上には印刷ペーストの側近に
温度センサ15を設け、スクリーン上の温度をエアーコ
ンディショナー16へフィードバックする。
