上記実施例によれば、超音波により溶着するも
のであるので、上側栓1と下側栓2との接触面に
水分や油などの異物が介在したとしても溶着する

とがないのである。したがつてゴム栓内を完全に
密封することができゴム栓内に水分、雑菌の侵入
を完全に防止できるのである。また上記実施例で
は突起7が形成されているのでこの栓体は、ゴム
栓3が外側の上側栓1及び下側栓2にて連結され
ているので、ゴム栓3に注射針を刺し入れて使用
してもゴム栓3がはずれることがないのである。
第5図に他の実施例を示した。これは、ゴム栓の
周状突起33′の外側面に周条の凹条34′を有す
る。この凹条34′の位置は、上側栓1と下側栓
2との接触面に対応する部分に形成すものであ
る。この凹条34′を形成するこにより超音波振
幅により加熱し溶出したプラスチツクを流し込む
ことを容易にすることができる。第5図に示す凹
条34′の断面形状は半月状であるが、第6図に
示すようにアンダーカツト形状に形成した凹条3
4″にするとゴム栓3″に埋め込まれるのでアンカ
ー効果が大きい。
