FIG. 6 shows the basic structure of a conventional panel material support structure using a structural silicone construction method. This support structure comprises a glass plate 1 constituting a panel material and an aluminum member 2 made of an extruded body. The glass plate 1 and the aluminum member 2 are made of silicone rubber or silicone via a backup material 3 also serving as a spacer. It is adhesively fixed by a sealing material 4 made of a resin material such as a sealant.

The joining work between the glass plate 1 and the aluminum member 2 is performed in a factory from the viewpoint of quality control and the like.
This was conveyed to a construction site as a glass unit, and the aluminum member 2 of each glass plate was connected to a support member such as a cubic on the side of the building frame to support the glass plate at the site. In addition, a plurality of glass units are attached to the outer wall surface of the building by interposing a sealing material for preventing intrusion of rainwater or the like between the adjacent glass units. The panel material support structure using such an adhesive seal material is excellent in appearance because the aluminum member as the support material is not exposed on the outer wall surface.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional supporting structure, the glass plate and the aluminum member are joined only through the silicone rubber or the silicone sealant (hereinafter, these are collectively referred to as silicone rubber). From the standpoint of strength, as shown in FIG. 7 (a), the support structure of the silicone rubber 6 is provided only on the two sides of the glass unit 5 in the vertical direction, and the metal support member is exposed in the blind direction. Had to have a higher configuration. However, from an aesthetic point of view, it has been desired to use an adhesive support structure using silicone rubber 6 on all four sides of the rectangular glass unit 5, as shown in FIG.

Further, in the above conventional support structure, since the adhesive seal material 4 is directly bonded to the aluminum member 2, the adhesive property of the seal material 4 to the aluminum member 2 depends on the material of the aluminum member 2 and the surface treatment state. There was a case where it changed to cause a defective joint. In order to avoid this, prior to the step of joining the aluminum member to the glass plate, it is necessary to perform a step of selecting a sealing material having the best adhesive property for the aluminum member to be joined from the various kinds of sealing materials by a test. Was becoming. Such a test selection process requires a long period of time, which delays the construction period of the glass unit manufacturing process or the entire construction work, and must be tested every time the aluminum member is changed. It made the work troublesome.

[0007] In addition, in such a joining work between the aluminum member and the glass plate, the aluminum member 2 is temporarily held on the glass plate 1 via the backup material 3 by the manual work of the operator in the factory, The sealing material 4 was filled in the space formed between the glass plate 1 and the aluminum member 2. Such a manual filling operation of the sealing material is very troublesome. Further, in such a conventional joining work, room temperature curable silicone rubber is used as a sealing material for manual filling work. Therefore, a long curing time is required, which also causes a long manufacturing process and a long construction period.

The holding piece portion having the L-shaped cross section of the support frame is mounted along the edge of the panel material to hold the panel material. The holding piece is made of a metal material such as aluminum, and the entire outer peripheral surface of the metal material is covered with the adhesive sealing resin material. This resin material is a thermosetting resin or a thermoplastic resin integrally molded with the aluminum holding piece. Since the adhesive sealing material is integrally molded, the joining process is simplified.

Since the end portion of the panel material is supported by the metal holding piece portion, the strength and the reliability of the support of the glass plate are improved, and an adhesive seal structure can be formed on all four sides. Since the aluminum member is covered with the resin material and is not exposed, the aluminum member has an excellent appearance and also has a corrosion preventing effect. In addition, the panel materials are joined with a constant adhesive force regardless of the material of the aluminum member and the surface treatment state, and the joining force between the adjacent panel materials and the sealing member is constant.

As described above, in the panel material supporting structure according to the present invention, the thermosetting resin is integrally molded using the panel material holding piece made of a metal material and having an L-shaped cross section as a metal core material. Since the panel material is substantially adhered and supported by the holding piece covered with the curable resin, the panel material can be reliably supported with sufficient strength, and the metal member is not exposed to the outer wall surface, which is aesthetically pleasing. Also has an excellent structure. Therefore, the four sides of the rectangular panel material can be made to have such an adhesive seal structure, and the reliability of the panel support can be improved and an outer wall surface having an excellent aesthetic appearance can be realized. Further, since the glass plate 11 is physically fitted to the support frame 30, the glass can be held even if the silicone rubber 14 deteriorates in the event of a fire.

Further, since the adhesive sealing material is integrally formed simultaneously with a metal member such as aluminum by integrally molding, it is not necessary to manually fill the adhesive material, which is a troublesome work for joining the metal member and the panel material. Reduction is achieved.
Further, since the thermosetting resin formed by integral molding is used as the adhesive seal material, the curing time is shortened and the manufacturing required period or the construction period can be shortened.

Furthermore, since the entire outer peripheral surface of the metal material panel holding piece is covered with the resin material, not only the aesthetic appearance, which is an important element as a building, is excellent, but also the corrosive action of the metal material on the outer wall side of the building is exerted. Furthermore, the panel material is securely adhered and held with a constant and best adhesive property regardless of the material of the metal material and the surface treatment state, and also with a constant strong adhesive force to the waterproof seal material on the back side. Bonding increases the reliability of the waterproof function.
