Abstract

PURPOSE:To use a console box of an automobile as a tumbler holder by connecting the rear end of a lid, on which back surface a recessed part for holding a tumbler is formed, to the rear end of a box main frame with hinges, and forming the lid so that the rear surface thereof abuts on the rear surface of the box main frame horizontally at the time of prostrating the lid backward. CONSTITUTION:The rear end of a lid 3 is connected to the rear end of a center console box main frame 2 by hinges 4. This lid 3 is divided into two parts to form lid pieces 5, 6, and both the lid pieces 5, 6 are connected by hinges 7 freely to be folded in two.
