に沿つて箱詰機へ向け搬送する搬送機構と、マガ
ジン内で折り畳まれた折り畳み方向と逆方向へカ
ートンを逆折りする逆折り手段と、搬送方向へカ
ートンを圧縮して再開口する再開口手段を備え、
吸引カツプの移動に伴いマガジンから取り出した
カートンを吸引カツプの移動軌跡に沿つて搬送路
へ移送しながら搬送路上で方形開口させ、この開
口したカートンを搬送路に沿つて搬送しながら逆
折りして再開口させるカートン組立装置におい
て、前記搬送路上に固定傾斜ガイドをその傾斜面
が搬送方向下流側へ向くように立設し、この傾斜
面を搬送路及び下流側へ向かうに従いカートンの
下方折り畳み縁の移動軌跡と漸次接近して交差す
る角度に傾斜させ、該傾斜面の下方に開口したカ
ートンの下方折り畳み側角部と係合する下方スト
ツパを連設すると共に、この下方ストツパより搬
送方向下流側の上方に、開口したカートンの上方
折り畳み側角部と係合する上方ストツパを、カー
トンの上方折り畳み縁の移動軌跡上に出没動自在
で搬送方向へ調整動自在に配置し、この上方スト
ツパより若干下方位置から逆折り手段を、搬送方
向下流側へ向かうに従い漸次水平な搬送路と接近
する方向へ下り傾斜させて上下方向及び搬送方向
へ移動不能に配設し、この逆折り手段の直下に位
置する搬送路の下流側と、固定傾斜ガイドが立設
される搬送路の上流側とを平行移動部材で連結し
て、搬送路の上流側を水平状態のまま上下調整動
自在に配置したことを特徴とするカートン組立装
置。
