ジ部２９を前記環状凸条部４１に外嵌して環状周
縁部４０に載置し、取付け具Ｆは逆Ｕ字状片F1
の一方の垂直片下端から水平方向に延長片F2が
連設された構成とし、前記取付け具Ｆは、逆Ｕ字
状片F1の先端側の垂直片が上記フランジ部２９
の上面に当接するとともに他方の垂直片が上記長
孔４２を挿通して延長片F2が底蓋２６における
環状凸条部４１より内周域の下面に対接され、前
記延長片F2を底蓋２６にネジ止めした』ことで
