この考案は、たばこ等の販売用ケースに関する

ためになされ、本願の考案者は、上記問題点が、
見本の陳列やケースの飾り付け等を、ケースの背
面側から行う販売品の取り出しと別に、前面側か
ら行うことで解決できることを見いだし、その解
決手段としては、外側に開口した陳列見本を展示
すべき見本陳列部と、この見本陳列部の開口部に
取り付けられた透明の開閉扉と、その後面に設け
られた販売品収納部とを具備してなる構成を要旨
とするものである。そして、前記開閉扉はダンパ
ーを介して取付けられたことを特徴とするもので
ある。すなわち、本考案は、本体と該本体上に載
置された窓部とから構成され、窓部と購買客との
応対用の窓を設け、本体の前面側に見本陳列部を
設け、該見本陳列部の前面開口部に、上部にアー
ルが形成された透明の開閉扉を設けると共に、見
本陳列部の背面側には仕切板を介して販売品収納
部を設け、前記開閉扉と販売用ケースとの間にダ
ンパーを介在させて、開閉扉を持ち上げ開いた状
態で保持可能に構成したことを特徴とするたばこ
等の販売用ケースである。

本体１と本体上に載置された窓部２とから構成さ
れる。窓部２の下部には購買客との応対用の窓４
が設けられ、この窓にガラス製の引違い戸４−１

の窓４は、店内の販売員が購買客と応対する時な
どの必要な際だけ開け、通常は閉めておくこと
で、店内と店外とが遮断され、外気が店内に流入
することが防止される。また客部２の上部２−１
には表示装置３が設けられ、内部に取り付けられ
たランプ３−１を点灯することによつて、前面に
装着された乳半アクリル製の表示板３−２を照明
できるようにしてある。このランプ３−１は後述
のスイツチ２４により点灯できる。本体１は、仕
切板１−１を介して前面に設けられた見本陳列部
１０と、後面に設けられた販売品収納部２０とを
有している。見本陳列部１０の前面開口部には透
明の開閉扉１１がガスダンパー１２を介して上下
方向に回動できるように取り付けられ、かつ図示
は省略したが鍵を設けてロツクできるようにして
ある。開閉扉１１の上部にはアールが取つてあり
上下からも見本陳列部１０内が見易いように配慮
されている。１２−１および１２−２はガスダン
パー１２の取付け部でいずれも軸（図示せず）を
介して図−４に示すように、揺動自在に取付けら
れる。１−２は側板上に開口されたガスダンパー
１２の収納部である。１３は開閉扉を本体に取付
けるための開閉部材、１４は陳列棚、１５は照明
用ランプ、１１−１は開閉用取手である。前記見
本陳列部１０の背面側には仕切板１−１を介して
販売品収納部２０が設けられており、該部分は販
売品が個々に収納できる巾に仕切板２１で縦方向
に仕切られているのが望ましい。また販売品収納
部２０の上面を構成するカウンター２２の下部に
は小銭入れ引出し２３及び照明用ランプ１５およ
びランプ３−１用のスイツチ２４が取付けられて
いる。前記カウンター２２の上には前述のように
