Abstract

【発明の効果】本発明のカラージーンズ衣料の製造法
は、セルロース系繊維から製織された布帛を先ず反応染
料を混入した撥水剤溶液中に浸漬するものであるから、
布帛は表のみならず裏も染色されることになり、次工程
で表側に施される捺染加工と相俟ってファッション性に
優れたカラフルなジーンズ衣料たらしめる点で甚だ優れ
ている。また前記の染色と同時に撥水剤による撥水加工
が施されるため、上記した次工程での捺染による染色を
繊維表層部に止まらしめ、後刻ウオッシングにより良好
な霜降り調を確実に呈せしめる。しかも一旦染色された
布帛の表面側に捺染加工を施すから、上記撥水剤溶液中
の反応染料の色と捺染糊の反応染料の色を違えるときに
は、衣料の表と裏の配色を微妙に或いは顕著に変えられ
るので一層のファッション性を具備せしめ得る。そして
捺染加工の特長である多品種少量生産に対する適応性を
損なうことなく、その時々の流行や需要に対して即応で
きる点で甚だ効果的な製造方法ということができる。ま
た、捺染加工布帛をウオッシングしてジーンズ特有の霜
降り調を発現させたものを縫製するのではなく、捺染加
工布帛の縫製品をウオッシングしてジーンズ特有の霜降
り調を発現させるものであるから、厚くなった縫合箇所
等では軽石による削り取り効果が他の箇所よりも効果的
に働いて如何にも自然な霜降り調を発現できる点で優れ
ている。
