の拡縮しない巻取部材の円周方向の一端部とこれと隣接
する巻取部材の一端部を、縮小時に両端部間に材料が挿
入可能な隙間が形成され、拡大時にこの挿入材料が両端
部で挾持される挾持部に形成したことを特徴とする拡縮
