いる。<Prior Art> The most common anti-slip materials of this type are rubber or rubberized products that utilize rubber viscoelasticity, and sponge sheet products that have an uneven surface formed by bubble marks. In addition, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 62-110980 discloses a slippery material in which loop piles with a height of 0.5 to 2 mm are densely planted on the surface of a fabric, and the surface of the loop piles is coated with a resin or resin composition having rubber viscoelasticity. A stopper material is disclosed. The publication states that resins exhibiting rubber viscoelasticity include natural rubber, synthetic rubbers such as SBR and NBR, and emulsions of synthetic resins such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resins, acrylic resins, and polyurethane resins.・It must be a latex or organic solvent solution, and in order to prevent the voids in the loops from being filled with resin and the loop piles from clumping together, it is necessary to foam the resin solution and apply it. It is stated that it is good.

ていた。<Problems to be solved by the invention> In the case of the anti-slip material described in the above-mentioned publication, the anti-slip material between the material and the rug placed on it is sufficiently prevented by the resin coating with rubber viscoelasticity on the surface of the loop pile. Even if the product is satisfied, the anti-slip effect between the material and the smooth floor surface depends solely on the rubber viscoelasticity of the resin composition on the back side of the fabric, which is a non-pile surface, so it is still easy to slip, and there is room for improvement in this respect. was left behind.

It is made by slicing at layer locations, and the sliced surface has many minute depressions that are air bubble traces, and the cut ends of the fibers that make up the nonwoven fabric protrude in minute lengths in a raised shape. The above object can be achieved by arranging them with a slight inclination in the direction of.

する。<Function> Needle-punched nonwoven fabric is produced by slicing a foamed sheet-like material whose core material is a nonwoven fabric whose fibers are arranged in a relatively vertical direction due to needling at the intermediate layer. When cutting, the fibers are pushed by the blade and escape through the soft foam layer, resulting in so-called uncut parts. Later, these uncut parts stand up due to their own elasticity, so the sliced surface looks like it has been raised. The cut ends of the microscopic fibers protrude. Moreover, the raised fibers are tilted in the direction in which they are sliced, as can be seen by microscopic observation and also by the tactile sensation when the sliced surface is rubbed with a fingertip. This is probably
This phenomenon is thought to be caused by the thermal effect during fiber cutting by slicing. In any case, the fact that the fine protruding fibers are arranged on the slice surface with an inclination in a certain direction creates a resistance force against the sliding force from the same direction as the arrangement direction. This drag, together with the rubber viscoelasticity of the resin film, significantly enhances the anti-slip effect.

This anti-slip material is made by slicing a foamed sheet-like material 3 obtained by impregnating and solidifying a needle-punched nonwoven fabric 1 with a resin exhibiting rubber viscoelasticity into the core material at the intermediate layer. 2 is a fiber constituting the nonwoven fabric 1, 4 is a bubble trace, 5 is a sliced surface, and 6 is a micro recess that is a large number of bubble traces that appear on the sliced surface 5. Regarding resins that exhibit rubber viscoelasticity,
As mentioned above. In addition, to make cellular products, we use resin with fine bubbles blown into it,
There is no problem with the method used, such as foaming the added foaming agent.

The slices protrude in a nape-like manner and are arranged slightly tilted in the direction of the slice indicated by the arrow. The cut ends 2c of the fibers 2 are covered with a resin film 7 made of a resin exhibiting rubber viscoelasticity.

は甚だ大きい。<Effects of the invention> Just because the minute recesses 6, which can have a suction cup effect, are formed on the bottom surface, it is no different from conventional sponge sheet products. Also, just because the minute naps are formed on the bottom surface, This does not lead to much improvement in the anti-slip effect. However, in this invention, by slicing, the cut ends 2c of the fibers, which protrude in minute lengths in a nap-like manner, are slightly tilted in the direction of slicing, thereby reducing the sliding force from the same direction as the orientation direction. Because it creates a drag force against
Together with the rubber viscoelasticity provided by the resin film 7, these both greatly contribute to improving the anti-slip effect. In addition, the fact that two products can be obtained by dividing the product into two by slicing has a great practical effect.
