- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ワークを洗浄槽中の溶剤蒸気にて洗浄して後、
乾燥させる洗浄装置において、 上記洗浄装置は、洗浄槽中に溶剤蒸気層を形成
し、この蒸気層の上に上記溶剤蒸気より密度が小
さく、且つ、空気より密度が大きな乾燥ガス層を
形成したことを特徴とする洗浄装置。
