CONSTITUTION:Upper parts and lower parts, respectively, of stationary side 10 and movable side 11 are connected with a pair of leaf springs 12 and 13 which are parallel each other to form a system and a load cell 14 is interposed between the stationary side 10 and the movable side 11. A table 20 on which a cylinder to be filled 3 can be placed is attached in a detachable manner to an end face 19 of the movable side 11. A roller conveyor 22 is formed on the lower surface of the table 20.
