(Prior art and its problems) As a means of observing the inner surface conditions of transport pipes, one of the applicants proposed various tube inner surface photographing devices (Utility Model Application No. 192641/1983; 57−156574
No. etc.). These pipe inner surface photographing devices can take good pictures of the inner surface of pipes in long pipes, small diameter pipes with an inner diameter of about 150 mm, and curved pipe sections, and can provide effective photographs for making judgments.

However, when measuring the size of the defect on the inner surface of a tube using the above photograph, an office scale is used, but the measurement value using the above scale is different each time due to the fact that the magnification of the photograph is different each time. Furthermore, even if the pipe diameter is the same, the diameter on the photograph is different, so it is not possible to obtain accurate shape and dimensions from the measured values from this photograph. Therefore,
It was necessary to use the tube diameter amm on the photo and the actual tube diameter bmm to convert the length lmm on the photo to the actual length using the following formula.

Actual length = a/b x l (mm) Even when converted in this way, it is difficult to obtain accurate measurements because the length of the arc is measured using a scale, and there are individual differences. There was a problem.

(Structure of the device) This is a gauge for judging a tube inner surface photograph taken of the entire circumference of the tube inner surface. At least the 90 degree range is divided into 10 degrees, the rest is divided as appropriate, and the range divided into 10 degrees is further divided sequentially from 1 degree to 9 degrees, each extending vertically in the radial direction. This is a gauge for photographic determination of the inner surface of a tube, comprising: a wire;

In the drawing, reference numeral 1 is a circle of a required diameter marked on a transparent film 2, and within the circle 1, two large dividing lines 3, 3 having an angle of 90 degrees are marked on the diameter line. Then, between these two large dividing lines 3 and 3, a medium dividing line 4 is marked to divide this by 10 degrees, and between these medium dividing lines 4 and 4, for example, in order in the clockwise direction in the drawing, 1 degree from the middle dividing line,

In this embodiment, four concentric circles 6 1 ... 6 4 with different radii are marked in the circle 1, and the subdivision line 5 is placed between the concentric circle 6 1 with the smallest diameter and the concentric circle 6 4 with the largest diameter.
1 ... 5 9 , and in the space divided by the above-mentioned middle dividing line 4 between the concentric circle 6 4 of the largest diameter and circle 1, mark the numbers 1 to 9 in the clockwise direction and mark the middle dividing line. 4 and this and the subdivision line 5 on the right side in the drawing
The angle formed by and is made easy to understand.
In addition, in this embodiment, a middle dividing line 4 having an angle of 10 degrees is marked on the left side of the part divided by the large dividing line 3 and the middle dividing line 4 and marked with the number 1.
It shows the number marked. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the same marking lines as those marked within the range of 100 degrees marked with the numbers 0 to 9 are marked at points symmetrical with respect to the center of the circle 1, and large The part other than the markings between marking lines 3 and 3 is divided by marking line 7 at 30 degrees.

In this example, the circle 1 is replaced by a transparent film 2.
Although a lined plate is shown, the present invention is not limited to this, and it goes without saying that a disc made of transparent film may also be used.

(Function of the invention) In order to measure the size of the defective part shown in the photograph of the inner surface of a tube using the gauge of the present invention as described above, first place the gauge according to the present invention on the photograph of the inner surface of the tube, and then measure the gauge. Position circle 1 or 6 so that it is concentric with the tube circle in the photograph. Next, place a needle pin, for example, at the center of the gauge, and while rotating the gauge, the defective part is located between one of the major division lines 3 or medium division lines 4 and one of the minor division lines 5, which are marked on the gauge. Measure so that it fits between the two.

例えば、欠陥部の角度が23度の場合には第2図

For example, if the angle of the defect is 23 degrees, match the tube inner surface photograph with the gauge as shown in Figure 2.

If the inner diameter of the tube to be photographed is, for example, φ155.2, then the length of the defect per degree is expressed as (155.2×π)/360°=length of defective portion/1°...so 155.2π/ 360=1.35/1° ∴1.35×23°=31.05mm Therefore, if the angle of the defective part is 23 degrees, the length of the defective part will be 31.05mm.

上記式の関係は写真の大きさが変わつた場合

場合に、1度当りの長さが変るだけである。
The relationship in the above equation does not change even when the size of the photograph changes; only the length per degree changes when the diameter of the tube through which the photograph is taken changes.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the present invention, images of the inside of a tube can be easily and accurately judged without individual differences, and the inside-of-tube photographing device, which was previously devised by one of the applicants, The effect can be further increased.
