2の螺進のみによつて、パイプ3と接続基体1の
通孔1aが1:1となり、接続部における流体の
漏洩を皆無にせんとするものである。

れ、基体1その他の部材も対象とする化学流体の
種類によつて、ステンレス鋼又は硬質樹脂で製作
するものであり、フエラル4自体は硬質樹脂で作
り、その受圧傾斜面4aに対する押圧螺子2の内
径なる漏斗部2bの合着状態での螺進でフエラル
4は変形して、その内径はパイプ3の外面を加圧
し、リング5の内部にあつての変形のため、フエ
ラル4はなおパイプ3外面への加圧力を増大して
その固定を行うと共に該基体1の通孔1aとパイ
プ3は1:1で淀みなく流体を通過せしめるばか
りでなく、その接続部の流体の漏洩を防止するも
のである。
