【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は不凍給水栓類を開閉する開閉器に関す
るものである。

されることになる。ところでこのハンドルを床面
より突き出して置くことは生活上邪魔になること
から、本出願人は昭和59年実用新案登録出願第
16314号及び同59年実用新案登録出願第16315号で
ハンドルを床面に位置させる考案を提案した。前
者はハンドルを床面と略同一面にして床内部に収
納し、突出手段を介してスプリング圧でハンドル
を床上に突出させるものであり、後者は床面と略
同一面に収納されたボツクスの蓋を開いてハンド
ルを引き上げるもので、それぞれ水栓の開閉操作
時にのみハンドルを床上に露出するようにしてい
る。本考案は前者の改良に係るものであるが、前
者の考案は指先で簡単にハンドルを突出できるの
で便利ではあるがハンドルの突出収納手段が複雑
でコスト高である等の欠点があつた。

且つ昇降一体に外嵌する中空軸を前記係合子に着
脱自在に係合すると共に上方へスプリングで押圧
し、係合子の下端をユニバーサルジヨイントに接
続して成るものである。

合はハンドル1を床dの上方へ突出させ、使用以
外の場合はハンドル1を下方へ押し下げて開閉器
aのケース2に収納している。詳細は第2図に示
すようにケース2はフランジ部3において床上面
に係止され、上部中央には凹状の収納座4を設
け、座4の底面中央には貫通孔5を設け、下部に
は所要の内径から成る円筒6を係止している。ハ
ンドル1は上面中央部に円形状の座7を掘設し、
座7の底面中央より小孔8を貫設し、ハンドル1
の下面には小孔8を中心にして角パイプから成る
ハンドル管9をビス止め垂下し、ハンドル管9に
は下端に係合子10をピン止めした角軸26を嵌
挿している。係合子10は軸周に半円弧状の溝1
