おいて、前記受承部材を上下方向に少なくとも２
つに分割して配置して、これら各受承部材をその
両側の上下方向の中間部にて前記枠状フレームの
両端部に前後方向へ揺動可能に組付けるとともに
、これら各受承部材に揺動端部を前記枠状フレー
ムの側部にバネ部材を介して組付けたことを特徴
