型キヤビテイへの装着精度も満足すべきものとな
らず、芯ずれを起して偏芯するなど高品質な密封
装置になり得ないものであつた。

上に表裏対象となる段付き凸部4を設け、第5図
で示す様に前記密封装置Aを形成する金型Bへ該
補強環3を挿置するとき該凸起部4の傾斜した段
付き部5の少なくともその一辺が前記金型Bキヤ
ビテイ内に設けた肩部6に接触する構造を特徴と
している。

形成するには金形Bキヤビテイ内に予め形成され
た補強環3を挿入しその後弾性体素材を充填して
これを硬化させ一体に成形せしめるのが一般的に
用いられている形成法であり、このとき補強環3
を装着するに突出する凸起部4はその断面形状が
対象であるが故装着方向を選ばず機械的に連続装
着を可能とする。さらに該装着される補強環3は
前記凸起環4の傾斜した段付部5に、金形Bキヤ
ビテイに彫込まれた肩部6が接触する構成をもつ
て形成されているから該接触する肩部6を支点と
して装着固定される。このとき該凸起環4の段付
部5の面は補強環3本体に対し直角までに至らな
い適度の角度を持つ傾斜面であることが望まれ
る。これは、挿入部品を設置するにその部品精度
に大きく依存する面接触あるいは端部接触などで
挿入精度を得る従来の装着構造から、金型Bの肩
部6と適度の角度を有する段付部5とを点あるい
は線状に接触する様に改良を加え、補強環3の外
内径寸法あるいは厚み寸法などの寸法精度に全く
影響されることなく正確に該金型Bキヤビテイと
同芯になる装着を可能としたものである。つま

環3は極めて高い求芯性を有しているから該補強
環3が傾斜面を移動して自発的に位置修正し、そ
れでも起つた装着ずれに対しては該補強環3に軽
い振動など加えることにより簡単に位置修正をな

方式等種々の方式が考えられ特定の方式を選ぶも
