The coating can also be carried out using a pressure-feed coating device as shown in the figure. The illustrated pressure-feed coating device has three discharge portions 54, 55, 56 each having elongated discharge ports 51, 52, 53, arranged so as not to overlap with each other in the moving path direction 57 of the object to be coated 1, Discharge portions 51, 5 are supplied from a viscous material pumping mechanism (not shown) via hoses 58, 59, 60, respectively.
The viscous material 2 is intermittently pumped into the containers 2 and 53 at desired timing, and is intermittently discharged from the discharge ports 51, 52, 53 to apply it to the moving object 1,
The application shapes of the viscous material from the respective discharge ports 51, 52, and 53 are combined to obtain a special application shape. The discharge parts 54, 55, and 56 in this pressure-feeding coating device each include a holding part 62 and a presser part 63, each having a communication hole 61 to the viscous material pumping mechanism, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14. A gap plate 6 usually made of soft material between

Therefore, if there is dust near this device, the dust may adhere to the residual viscous material 2 and enter the box 43 again. Even if the scraping plate 48 is provided, the boundary 4 between the roller 6 and the scraping plate 48
9, there was a problem in which this dust accumulated and caused trouble. Furthermore, when changing the coating shape in the roll-type coating device, no matter how small the change, the entire roller 45 must be replaced, which is not economical.

There was a problem that caused trouble. In addition, in order to obtain the desired coating shape, each presser portion 63 and the discharge ports 51, 52, 53 should be connected to the object 1 to be coated.
Although it is necessary to make surface contact with the plurality of discharge ports 51,
When the discharge portions 52 and 53 are separated from each other, it is difficult to attach and adjust the discharge portions 54, 55, and 56.
Furthermore, an extremely small gap 66 is required between the object to be coated 1 and the holding part 62, and fine adjustment is necessary; however, by holding the gap plate 64 between the holding part 62 and the holding part 63 Since the gap plate 64 also needs to be adjusted to a predetermined position, such fine adjustment is also difficult. Furthermore, if the gap plate 64 is distorted or dust or the like is caught during its assembly, a gap will be created in the discharge section, causing problems such as leakage of the viscous material 2 from this gap.

That is, the shape and spacing of the front and rear edges in the direction intersecting the moving direction 31 of the object to be coated 1 are determined by the discharge ports 6 and 7.
can be changed according to the shape and spacing of
Further, the length of the front and rear edges can be changed depending on the length of the discharge ports 6 and 7, and furthermore, the length of the moving direction 31 of the object to be coated 1 depends on the viscosity from the discharge ports 6 and 7. It can be changed depending on the discharge time of the object. Therefore, for example, instead of arranging the discharge ports 6 and 7 in a V-shape with respect to the moving direction 31 of the object 1 as shown in FIG. 1, the discharge ports 6 and 7 can be arranged as shown in FIG. If the discharge ports 6 and 7 are arranged substantially at right angles to the moving direction 31 of the object 1 to be coated, and the lengths of the discharge ports 6 and 7 are shortened, and the discharge ports 6 and 7 are spaced apart, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6,
The front and rear edges of the viscous materials 2 and 3 can be changed into two line segments spaced apart and perpendicular to the moving direction of the object 1, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. or,
In addition, it is possible to obtain coating shapes of the viscous material as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, for example. That is, FIG. 7 shows the application shape of the viscous substances 2 and 3 when the discharge ports 6 and 7 in FIGS. 5 and 6 are lengthened and the distance between them is narrowed, and FIG. FIG. 9 shows the application shape of the viscous substances 2 and 3 when the discharge ports 6 and 7 in FIG.
Another discharge port (not shown) is arranged between the discharge ports 6 and 7 in FIG.
The shape of the coating when No. 3 is applied is shown. Furthermore, although not shown, the discharge port is set in the moving direction 3 of the object 1 to be coated.
If they are provided without spacing in the direction perpendicular to 1, the viscous material discharged from each discharge port can be made to flow continuously.

For example, the shape of the discharge ports 6 and 7 may be an elongated shape, and may be, for example, an arc shape or a shape that is an arbitrary combination of a straight line and a curved line.
Further, it is preferable that the discharge ports 6 and 7 are provided at the contact surface between the holding part 16 and the presser part 17, but even in that case, contrary to the embodiment, the concave part 1 where the discharge ports should be formed is
9 can be formed on the holding part 16. Further, the number of discharge ports can be three or more. Further, in the embodiment, the path of the viscous material is branched after passing through a valve, but a valve may be provided in each branched path after the branching, and in this case, the path of the viscous material is separated from the respective discharge ports at different timings. Since it becomes possible to discharge the viscous material, it becomes possible to select the application shape of the viscous material from a wider range. Further, the discharge portions 8 and 9 may be equipped with an electric heater for temperature control, a temperature sensor, etc., if necessary. Further, the discharge portions 8 and 9 may be provided so as to contact the surface of the object 1 from above, contrary to the embodiment.

必要がなく、広いスペースを必要としない。 In other words, there is no dust problem like with roll-type coating equipment, and the viscous material can be reliably applied even in dusty environments. In addition, the viscous material can be intermittently discharged from multiple discharge ports using valves. ,
The viscous material can be easily applied to the object to be coated in a special shape without pulling strings, and the application shape can be changed by changing the arrangement of the discharge port or changing the viscous material discharge time using a valve. Furthermore, unlike conventional pressure-feeding applicators, the multiple discharge parts and the pressure-feeding mechanism that pumps the viscous material intermittently can be connected using a long object such as a hose. There is no need to do this and it does not require a lot of space.
