Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive the smells of tobacco, sweat, cosmetics, and the like kept in clothing, to be removed from, by using circulating air in the clothing drying machine of a moisture-removing type, and by applying deodorizing function for decomposing offensive smell component, additionally. CONSTITUTION:The clothing of an object 4 to be dried is for the inlet of an air-circulating air flue in an air course 5 set on the rear wall of a clothing drying shed 1. A heat exchanger 6 is formed with a cooling fin 8 set outside a moisture-removing pipe 7. With a cooling fan 9, the cooling fin 8 of the heat exchanger 6 is cooled by blowing open air and circulating air passing the interior of the moisture-removing pipe 7 is cooled to remove moisture. With a circulating air blowing fan 10 for blowing the circulating air, the circulating air passing the moisture-removing pipe 7 of the heat exchanger 6 is sucked up and air is fed to the side of a heating heater 11. By a separating chamber 12 for separating air from water drops without moisture, the water drops without moisture are drained outside a machine from a drain port 13. With a deodorizing device 15 set inside a warmed air blowing port 14, the circulating air is deodorized by using a filter for decomposing offensive smell component to be adsorbed, namely, an active carbon filter, or the like.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a clothes dryer for home use. Background ArtWhen drying clothes, a clothes dryer has a function of decomposing odor components emitted from the clothes. Problems to be solved by the invention that did not exist Conventionally, there was no function to decompose the odor components emitted from clothing as mentioned above. There are 9 problems that cannot be solved.Means for Solving the ProblemsThe present invention solves the conventional problems by providing a deodorizing function that decomposes odor components by using the circulating air inside the dehumidifying clothes dryer. The item to be added is an air path consisting of a clothes dryer and a circulation air cylinder housing a heating heater, and a water-cooled or air-cooled heat exchanger that cools the circulating air in this air path. A dehumidifying clothes dryer with a deodorizing device installed in a part of the circulating air path, or instead of this deodorizing device, a deodorizing catalyst is carried on the surface of the heating heater to add a deodorizing function. The present invention has the above-described configuration, and when the clothes to be dried are placed in the clothes dryer and the drying operation is started, heated air is first blown into the clothes dryer to remove moisture from the clothes. It becomes moist air, which is sucked into the air path formed by the circulating wind cylinder. After being cooled and dehumidified by the heat exchanger in the air path, it is heated again by the heater and becomes dry air, which is then sent into the clothes drying cabinet. Blow out This process is repeated to dry the clothes.During this drying process, the circulating air passes through a deodorizing device installed in a part of the circulating air path, and odor components in the air are removed.
Even if the clothes are deodorized, since the dehumidifying type clothes dryer circulates the air over the air to dry the clothes, it has the advantage that the deodorizing device decomposes odor components more efficiently.
By supporting a deodorizing catalyst on the surface of the heating heater and adding a deodorizing function that simultaneously heats the circulating air and decomposes odor components in the circulating air, there is no need to provide a separate deodorizing device (- Example 1 Figure 2 shows a cross section of a clothes dryer according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 shows a cross section of a clothes dryer according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Figure 3 shows a cross section of a clothes dryer according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Figure 4 is a side view of the heating heater. (6) is a heat exchanger, and even though the cooling fins (8) are provided on the outside of the dehumidifying vibe (7), (9) is a cooling fan that connects the cooling fins (8) of the heat exchanger (6). The fan (10) is a circulating fan that blows and cools the outside air and cools and dehumidifies the circulating air passing through the dehumidifying vibrator (7). As shown in the figure, the circulating air that has passed is blown to the heating heater (11) side. 4 (12) is a separation chamber that separates air and dehumidified water droplets, and the dehumidified water droplets are sent to the machine from the drain port (13). Discharge outside.

14), in which the circulating air is deodorized using a filter that adsorbs and decomposes odor components, such as an activated carbon filter, in this embodiment. Diagram 2 In the second embodiment, the dehydrating device (15) in the first embodiment is not used, but instead a platinum catalyst is used on the surface of the heating heater (11) as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. This is a clothes dryer that carries a deodorizing catalyst (16) such as the above, and the heating heater (11) also has a deodorizing function. is a semiconductor ceramic heating element, and aluminum fins (18) are bonded to both sides of this using an electrically conductive and heat-resistant adhesive. The surface of the aluminum fins (18) is coated with a platinum-based deodorizing catalyst (18).
4 (19) is a heating heater (1
7) The effects of the present invention can be seen in the above terminals.Since the present invention is equipped with a deodorizing device in a part of the circulating air path of the clothes dryer, deodorization is simultaneously carried out during the drying process, eliminating the possibility of tobacco clinging to clothes. or the smell of sweat (
\ Also, by adding a deodorizing function to the heating heater, there is no need to install a separate deodorizing device, and a useful clothes dryer can be provided with a simpler configuration.41% The present invention In the embodiment, ζ indicates a so-called hanger-type clothes dryer in which clothes are hung to dry (the present invention also includes a so-called drum-type clothes dryer in which clothes are tumbled to dry. In the example, the heat exchanger is shown as an air-cooled type, but it is also possible to use a water-cooled type.
