内方縁には二つの弾性脚8が一体的に形成されて
いる。これらの弾性脚8の基部9は第3図に示す
ように内刃7の母体に対して直角に屈曲され、こ
の中央の基部9から弾性脚8が両側に弓形に延出
するものである。しかして、弾性脚8をドラム5
の内部の一部すなわち回転軸4に当接することに
より内刃7は反力を受けて遠心方向に付勢されて
いる。また、内刃7の両端には突片10が形成さ
