Generally, a fruit bag is formed into a substantially rectangular shape, and a sealing element made of metal wire is arranged near the periphery of the opening on one side of the fruit bag, and this sealing element is plastically deformed when the bag is hung to seal the opening. The configuration is such that it is maintained at Such fruit bags are widely used in orchards and the like for the purpose of protecting fruits such as apples and peaches until they reach maturity. In other words, the fruit bag protects the fruit surface from chemicals, sunlight, rain, etc., prevents the fruit surface from becoming rough, suppresses the formation of chlorophyll on the fruit surface, allows for beautiful coloring after bag removal, and also prevents the fruit from ripening. It exerts the function of preventing fruit dehiscence during the fruit stage. It goes without saying that if the fruit bag is made of paper impregnated with a bactericide or insecticide, it will also have antibacterial and insect repellent effects. Bagging of apples, peaches, etc. is usually done before the end of the rainy season and before a predetermined number of days have passed since the flowers fell. In the case of such fruit, it is necessary to dye the fruit red, and therefore the fruit should be opened and the bag removed before the harvest period. For example, apples should be removed 4 days before the harvest date at the end of August for early varieties, 10 to 14 days before the harvest date in October for mid-season varieties, and 30 days before the harvest date in November for late varieties. It is common to bag it. The reason why the interval between the harvest date and the unpacking date varies greatly depending on the variety is mainly due to changes in sunlight intensity. In other words, for late-maturing varieties, the intensity of sunlight at the time of harvest decreases, so it is necessary to remove the bag early to promote coloring. On the other hand, for early-maturing varieties, it is necessary to remove the bag as soon as possible before the harvest date to prevent so-called "scorch". It is considered desirable to bag it. Conventionally, both bagging and bag removal have been done manually, and in particular, bag removal prior to harvest involves a complicated process of restoring and deforming the sealing element and then separating the used bag from the fruit. In addition, at the time of unpacking, the fruit has grown to a large size and is in close contact with the inner surface of the bag, so the work must be carried out carefully to prevent damage or falling of the fruit, thus reducing work efficiency. It has been extremely difficult to achieve improvements in performance and labor savings.

The purpose of the present invention is to make it easier to remove bags before harvesting, especially for fruit bags of mid-ripening or late-ripening varieties, and to easily achieve improvement in work efficiency and labor savings. Our goal is to propose fruit bags. As a result of intensive study on a configuration that could easily achieve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor found that if the sealing element is made of a shape memory material, the sealing element can be restored and deformed using seasonal changes in the outside temperature. is possible,
He came up with the idea that it would eventually be possible to open the package automatically, and he came up with the idea. In other words, in the present invention, an opening is formed on one side, and a plastically deformable sealing element is arranged near the periphery of the opening, and by deforming this sealing element, the opening can be kept in a closed state. In the fruit bag, the sealing element is made of a shape memory material having a temperature characteristic that restores the initial shape before deformation and unseals the opening in response to a predetermined change in outside temperature. This sealing element is made by arranging first and second wire members, each made of a shape memory material having different temperature characteristics, in parallel with each other.
The second wire member is capable of restoring its initial shape before deformation when the outside air temperature rises above the first predetermined temperature level, and the second wire member is capable of restoring to its initial shape before deformation when the outside air temperature rises above the first predetermined temperature level. After reaching the temperature level, when the temperature drops below a second predetermined temperature level, the initial shape before deformation can be restored. The fruit bag according to the present invention is opened by automatically restoring and deforming the sealing element made of a shape memory material at the required time according to seasonal changes in outside temperature. It separates from the fruit due to wind and falls naturally. In other words, it is sufficient to carry out the bag removal work only on the remaining fruit bags. When removing the bag, there is no need to manually restore and deform the sealing element, and simply pull the bag to separate it from the fruit, which greatly improves work efficiency and easily achieves labor savings. becomes.

Hereinafter, illustrated embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. FIG. 1 shows a fruit bag according to an embodiment of the present invention. The fruit bag 10 of this example is made of paper and has a substantially rectangular shape, and has a top side 11, a pair of side sides 12, 13, and a bottom side 14. The top side 11 is an opening, and the side sides 12 and 13 and the bottom side 1
4 is sealed. In this case, the sides 12 and 13 can be made of glue. In other words, this fruit bag 10
can be formed by folding a sheet of paper vertically and gluing the edges on both sides. Note that a notch 15 is formed on the front surface side of the center portion of the top side 11. The fruit bag 10 according to the present invention, like the conventionally known ones, can be a single, double or triple bag depending on the time of fruit harvest. In either case, the outer bag is preferably made of blank newsprint printed with ink mixed with an insect repellent and/or antibacterial agent, or made of waste paper to provide the required strength. In addition, fruit bag 1
When the bag 0 is made into a double or triple bag, the inner bag is of course made of paper having the required light-shielding properties. Further, the fruit bag 10 according to the present invention has a sealing pin 16 made of a plastically deformable metal wire material having a straight initial shape along the side 12 of the fruit bag 10, similar to the conventionally known ones. It is arranged in a region near the top side 11. In this embodiment, the sealing pin 16 is made of a shape-memory alloy wire material embedded in the fruit bag 10 using the glue margin of the side edge 12, as will be described later. The fruit bag 10 that is the subject of the present invention is used for bagging the fruit bunches 17 in a known manner when the time for bagging arrives after a predetermined number of days have passed after the flowers fall. That is, first, as shown in FIG. 2A, the opening at the top side 11 of the fruit bag 10 is sufficiently opened, and the fruit bunch 17 is inserted into the fruit bag 10 so that the fruit bunch axis 18 is exposed outside the bag through the notch 15. Keep it inside. Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, the bag 10 is folded from left and right around the fruit bunch axis 18,
2 and 13 are overlapped with each other.
Finally, as shown in FIG. 2C, the sealing pin 16 is bent approximately 180° near its center so that the side 12 on which the sealing pin 16 is arranged is placed outside the side 13, and the plastic The fruit bag 10 is deformed and the opening of the fruit bag 10 is kept in a closed state. The fruit bunch 17 matures in the fruit bag 10 in this state and is removed from the bag at a predetermined time prior to harvesting. FIG. 3 shows a sealing pin 16 used in one embodiment of the present invention. The fruit bag 10 according to the present invention is intended for apples of mid-ripening or late-ripening varieties, and therefore should be configured to be kept closed until around mid-October, when the outside temperature drops compared to summer. be. Therefore, in this example, the sealing pin 16 is made of two metals having different temperature characteristics.
A pair of wire members 16 made of different types of shape memory alloys
It is constructed by combining a and 16b. One of the wire members 16a is used when the outside temperature rises above about 30°C, and the other wire member 16b is used when the outside temperature drops to about 15°C or less, respectively, before deformation. It shall have a temperature characteristic that allows it to recover to its straight initial shape. The pair of wire members 16a and 16b are preferably formed into a band shape, and after being integrated near one end by appropriate means such as adhesion, welding, or bundling, the sealing pin 16 is exposed to the outside. As such, it adheres to the surface of the fruit bag 10. In fixing the sealing pin 16 onto the surface of the fruit bag 10, as shown in FIG.
The directionality is determined so that point a is located outside the wire material 16b on the low temperature side. Fruit bag 1 provided with the sealing pin 16 configured as described above
0 is for hanging the fruit bunch 17 in the manner described above with respect to FIGS. 2A-C. Immediately after bagging, there is a risk that the outside air temperature may drop below the set temperature of the shape memory alloy forming the low-temperature side wire material 16b due to, for example, the cold rainy season. 16b is placed inside the wire material 16a on the high temperature side and is therefore restrained in a plastically deformed state.
Therefore, no undesired restoring deformation occurs. In midsummer, the wire material 16a where the outside air temperature is high
Since the temperature rises above the set temperature of the shape memory alloy forming the shape memory alloy, first, only the wire material 16a on the high temperature side automatically restores its initial shape before deformation. However, at this point, the outside air temperature does not fall below the set temperature of the shape memory alloy forming the low-temperature side wire material 16b, so the low-temperature side wire material 16b is maintained in the deformed state at the time of bagging. be done. Then, when the time for bag removal has arrived and the outside air temperature drops to below the set temperature of the shape memory alloy forming the low temperature side wire material 16b, the low temperature side wire material 16b is in its initial state before deformation. Automatically restores to shape. Of course, at this point, the wire material 16a on the high temperature side
has already recovered to its initial shape before deformation, and does not prevent the filament material 16b on the low temperature side from restoring deformation. Wire material 16a, 16b on high temperature side and low temperature side
After all of the fruit bags have been restored to their initial shapes before deformation, the fruit bag 10 will be in an unsealed state, and some of them will naturally separate from the fruit and fall, so it is only necessary to remove the bags from the remaining fruit bags, and the process itself It is also extremely easy. Moreover, when removing the bag, the operator does not need to manually restore and deform the sealing pin 16, which was considered unavoidable in conventional fruit bags, and the fruit bag 10 can easily remove ripened fruit by simply pulling it. It can be removed from 17. As described above, when using the fruit bags 10 according to the present invention, manual bag removal of all the fruit bags 10 is not necessary in many cases, and
With respect to the fruit bag 10 to be removed, manual restoration and deformation of the sealing pin 16 is not required, and the necessary bag removal work can be easily carried out with extremely high work efficiency. It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but can be implemented in many modifications. That is, in the illustrated embodiment, the sealing element is constructed with a pin made of shape memory alloy, but shape memory resin may be used as long as it has the required temperature characteristics and has sufficient restoring force. The sealing element can also be configured by a material. As is clear from the detailed description above, according to the present invention, the sealing element in the fruit bag is formed of a shape memory material, and the fruit bag is automatically opened by restoring and deforming it according to seasonal changes in the outside temperature. With this structure, the bag removal work before harvesting can be carried out more easily, and it is possible to easily achieve a significant improvement in work efficiency and a high degree of labor saving.
