  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 原水供給部１と処理水給配部２との間の給水ラ
    イン３中に、原水中に溶存気体を取り除く脱酸素
    モジユール６と、この溶存気体を真空吸引する水
    封式真空ポンプ８を備えた脱酸素装置において、 前記給水ラインに冷却槽４を挿入し、この冷却
    槽中の熱交換器９の一端を水封式真空ポンプの排
    水ライン１４に連設するとともに、他端を循環水
    タンク１１に接続し、このタンク内で封水を冷却
    する冷却装置１８を設けたことを特徴とする脱酸
    素装置のための封水冷却システム。
