Claims (1)
- 合成樹脂製品の外部表面には、該外部表面を形
成する外側部材および該外側部材の裏面に配設さ
れた内側部材を締着するリベツトの頭部が露出し
、該頭部の中程部には前記内側部材の裏面側へ貫
通する胴部が延出成形され、該胴部の延出端部よ
り前記頭部の外部表面に達する中空部には、前記
胴部の延出端部を略球形状に拡張する楔が圧入さ
れ、前記頭部には該頭部を隠蔽する合成樹脂製の
キヤツプが装着された合成樹脂製品のリベツト隠
蔽構造において、前記外側部材と前記頭部との間
には、前記頭部の外径よりも小径状で弾性を有す
る部材からなるワツシヤが設けられ、前記頭部の
外周部に位置した前記外側部材に相対抗する係止
面と、前記ワツシヤの外周面とが環状の段部を形
成し、前記キヤツプの外周縁から前記キヤツプの
内部へ指向する環状係合片が前記段部に係合され
たことを特徴とする合成樹脂製品のリベツト隠蔽
構造。
