Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a gate to be cut surely without marring a product by a method in which a protrusion is preliminarily formed on an injection-molding and is inserted into the hole of a gate-cutting device, and then a runner is separated from the injection-molding. CONSTITUTION:A mold is designed so that a protrusion 25 is molded near the gate 24 of a runner 23 when first injection molding is carried out. In the molding 26 injection-molded by the mold, the protrusion 25 is molded near the gate 24 the runner 23. Next, the molding 26 taken out from the mold is placed on a gate-cutting device 27.
