に対する嵌合筒3が設けられている。4はリレー
ボツクスであつて、一側に嵌合筒3に外挿される
筒状の取付部5が設けられている。取付部5は第
5図に示すように底壁5aの前端が開放されると
共に前記嵌合筒3の裏面に突設した係止爪3aと
係合する係止溝5bが設けられている。このリレ
ーボツクス4にリレー6を嵌合する際、作業者は
第6図に示すようにジヤンクシヨンブロツク1を
片手に持ち、リレーボツクス4に対して挿入力F
を加える。このとき、第4図に示すように、係止
爪3aと係止溝5bの部分には挿入力Fとは反対
向きの係止力Gが働き、一方リレーボツクス4の
取付部5には挿入力Fにより、前記係止爪3aの
部分を回転中心とした回転トルクF′が作用し、首
部2に力がかかり、首部2が破損するおそれがあ
る。このときの各部の強度条件は、首部2の強度
>リレーボツクス4の保持力>挿入力Fを満足す
れば、リレー6の嵌合が可能となる。
