に接続された電源用スイツチング素子１９と、こ
の電源用スイツチング素子１９を駆動するための
絶縁型駆動回路２０と、この絶縁型駆動回路２０
に並列に接続し、出力を制御回路１２に接続した
フオトカプラ１６と、前記インバータ回路中のス
イツチング素子９に熱結合し、ある一定温度以上
になると接点が離れる感温スイツチ素子１１と、
前記加熱コイル６に熱結合し、ある一定温度以上
になると接点が離れる感温スイツチ素子１０から
なり、前記絶縁型駆動回路２０の入力端子とフオ
トカプラ１６の入力側との並列回路に前記２つの
感温スイツチ素子１０及び感温スイツチ素子１１
を直列に接続し基準電位に接続し、前記並列回路
を駆動しても前記フオトカプラ１６の出力が停止
した場合にインバータ回路の駆動を停止すること
