直列に接続した、被試験容器の漏れ箇所を検出す
るための装置において、前記プローブノズル先端
の外側に同心状の管体を配置し、この管体の前記
プローブノズルの先端側を開放端とし他端側を密
閉するとともに、前記プローブノズルと前記管体
との間の空間内にシールドガスを供給するための
ガス供給口を設け、このガス供給口とシールドガ
ス供給装置との間に排気装置および加熱再生装置
とを備えたソープシヨンポンプを直列に接続した
