と、 上記外気温検出手段の検出温度と上記室温検出
手段の検出温度の差が所定値以上であるときに該
室温検出手段の検出温度と上記設定温度との差に
基づき、上記換気ダンパ駆動手段を駆動制御する
ダンパ制御手段とを具備してなることを特徴とす
