Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts and to make the apparatus compact by using the same material for a base plate and the housing of the main body of the apparatus,and forming the unitary body of the base plate and the housing. CONSTITUTION:The same material is used for a base plate for forming a resistor pattern and a housing 5 of the main body of an apparatus. The unitary body is formed of the base plate and the housing 5. A throttle valve 1 in the air intalke system of an internal combustion engine is attached to a valve shaft 2. A rotary body 3 is attached to one of the shaft end of the throttle valve 2. The rotation of the throttle valve shaft 2 is transmitted to the rotary body 3. A brush 4 is attached to the rotary body 3. The brush 4 slides on a resistor pattern 6 which is printed on the housing 5 of the main body of the apparatus. Thus, the output corresponding to the opening degree of the valve is obtained. Connecting terminals 7 - 9 of variable resistors are electric circuits. In this constitution, the base plate constituting the variable resistor pattern 6 and the housing 5 for the main body of the apparatus form the unitary body. Therefore,the number of parts can be decreased, the space for the base-plate parts can be decreased and the apparatus can be made compact.

削減及び装置本体の小型化を目的としており、さらに安
価な絞り弁開度検出装置を提供することを目的とする。
