るピストンボス10を介して連結し、このピスト

エル1の後壁に摺動自在に支承される弁筒15を
一体に連設すると共に、この弁筒15内を両負圧
室2a,3aに連通する第1ポート20と、同弁
筒15内を両作動室2b,3bに連通する第2ポ
