CONSTITUTION:A corner member 2 is connected with an end face 1a of a straight member 1 by molding integrally and a molded product 3 is manufactured. A mold is constituted of a bottom force 5, a top force 6 and a plurality of intermediate plates 7, 8, 9. A projected lip part 4 of the straight member 1 is bent after a form of a lip setting part 12 and set up to the lip setting part 12 in relation to the bottom force 5 to which the intermediate plates 7, 8, 9 are set up.
