- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 可撓性基材の少なくとも一方の面に、少なく
とも両側部を余して、炭素フイルムが積層されて
いると共に、前記可撓性基材の余剰部に接着剤が
施されていることを特徴とする導電性シート。 ２ 炭素フイルムの体積抵抗が１０−３〜１０−
２Ω・cmである請求項１記載の導電性シート。
