、３……耐熱外被、４……加熱コイル（偏平ケー
ブル誘導加熱コイル）、５……鋼管。

の素線あるいは編組線を備えた可とう性を持つた
ケーブルで構成したことを特徴とした偏平ケーブ
ル誘導加熱コイル。
