Claims (1)
出し、その光の強度に対応する電気信号に変換す
る受光手段と、この受光手段からの上記電気信号
に基づいて最適な強度の光信号を上記発光源から
発光させるように変調駆動信号を制御する発光源
駆動手段とを備えてなる発光源装置において、上
記発光源と上記受光手段との間に、温度が上昇す
るに伴つて光の透過量が低減する温度可変フイル
ターを設けたことを特徴とする発光源装置。 (2) 発光源と、該発光源から発せられた光を検
出し、その光の強度に対応する電気信号に変換す
る受光手段と、この受光手段からの上記電気信号
に基づいて最適な強度の光信号を上記発光源から
発光させるように変調駆動信号を制御する発光源
駆動手段とを備えてなる発光源装置において、上
記発光源と上記受光手段との間に入力信号により
光の透過量が変化する光量可変フイルターと、上
記入力信号を上記光量可変フイルターに出力させ
駆動させる光量可変フイルター駆動手段とを設け
