軸取付孔から前記第１のフレーム側板上端縁まで
延びる案内溝を形成し、 前記第２のフレーム側体に前記上縁に連通する
切欠部及び該切欠部より大なる径で、かつ、前記
軸の他方の端部と係合する第２の軸取付孔を形成
し、 前記軸の他方の端部に隣接した一部を前記切欠
部の幅より小なる径に形成した構成としてなる軸
