図において、1はヒートパイプ容器となる管、
2は管1内壁に設けたウイツク、3は相変化を生
じる作動流体、4はプリント基板に相当する加熱
板、5は冷却板、6はヒートパイプの加熱部、7
はヒートピイプの冷却部、8は過剰作動液体であ
る。
