- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 電熱器１と超音波加湿器６と該超音波加湿器
６より発生した霧状の水滴を電熱器１へ送り込む
ための送風機９とを有することを特徴とする蒸気
発生装置。 ２ 電熱器１と送風機９が連絡筒１１により連結
され、電熱器１内で加熱された気体が超音波加湿
器６へ循環することができることを特徴とする請
求項１に記載の蒸気発生装置。 ３ 加湿器が遠心噴霧式加湿器であることを特徴
とする請求項１又は２に記載の蒸気発生装置。
