- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 吸着剤と、この吸着剤の吸着作用を補助する
磁性物質とが分散して収容される吸着塔と、 この吸着塔内に混合気体を供給する混合気体供
給手段 とを備えたことを特徴とする気体濃縮装置。 ２ 前記磁性物質は吸着剤と一体化されてなるも
のである請求項１記載の気体濃縮装置。 ３ 前記混合気体供給手段により吸着塔内に混合
気体を供給する際に、前記吸着塔内の磁性物質に
磁界を作用させる磁界発生手段を備えてなる請求
項１または２記載の気体濃縮装置。 ４ 吸着剤を酸素を優先的に吸着する吸着剤とな
し、濃縮される気体を窒素としてなる請求項１な
いし３のいずれか１に記載の気体濃縮装置。
