面に空気導入口を、上面に空気放出口をそれぞれ
有する密閉型タンクに筒形のフイルターを内蔵し
てなるフイルタータンクを前記配管の出口端にホ
ースおよび管端密閉用フランジを介して接続し、
ピグ通しにより管端密閉用フランジとの間で圧縮
された管内残留物含有空気を前記フイルタータン
クを通して大気中に放散させる構造となしたこと
