出する突出部材が一体に形成されて、この突出部
材の先端は第２のシヤーシに凹凸嵌合又は締結に
より固定されており、且つ、前記突出部材の外周
に形成された軸支部に前記機構部を構成する回転
部品が回転自在に外挿されていることを特徴とす
