る比較手段と、前記音声信号のレバルを前記比較

大レベルとして出力し、現時点までの最大レベル
を更新しながら、これを記憶する第１の記憶手段
と、再生または録音中にテープのリールを回転駆
動する前記テープレコーダの回転駆動手段の回転
に応答して前記テープの走行位置を示すカウンタ
手段と、前記比較手段の出力に応答して前記カウ
ンタ手段のカウント値を更新しながらこれを記憶
する第２の記憶手段と、外部信号に応答して前記
