有するカラー部材でコアの両端面を挟着し、上記
ボスを巻取製造装置の装着部に装着することによ
りコアを巻取製造装置にセツトするコア装着軸に
おいて、 コアの内部に挿入可能な軸本体の一端側に鍔面
を有するカラー部材を設けると共に、軸本体の他
端側に軸本体とほゞ同径のキヤツプ部材を設け、
上記カラー部材の外端面にはボスを突設し、上記
キヤツプ部材内にはコイルバネにより軸心に沿つ
て外方向に付勢されるスライド部材を摺動可能に
収設すると共に当該スライド部材の外端をボス部
としてキヤツプ部材の外端面から突出させ、上記
キヤツプ部材と軸本体との間に軸の外周面方向に
突出可能な複数の係止部材を設け、該係止部材を
縮径方向に付勢部材により付勢し、各係止部材の
対向間隔に前記スライド部材の内端を楔状に臨ま
せて、当該コア装着軸を巻取製造装置に装着した
状態では、スライド部材が巻取製造装置の装着部
により軸を圧縮する方向に押圧されてスライド部
材の内端が上記係止部材の対向間隔に突入するこ
とにより係止部材が押し開かれて軸の外周面に突
出し、突出した係止部材とカラー部材の鍔面との
間で軸本体に挿通したコアを挟着するようにした
ことを特徴とする巻取製造装置におけるコア装着
