接着剤は、前記食え部分の内外中間位置まで塗布
し前記食え部分よりも内側は塗布しないようにし
たゴムラグ車輪の製造方法、および、機体側の車
軸に装着する装着部2より放射状に金属腕杆3を
突出させ、該金属腕杆3の先端部に金属輪環4を
固定し、該金属輪環4と前記金属腕杆3の先部と
の外周をゴム液12で被覆するに当り、ゴム液注
入用の上型7と下型8には、前記金属腕杆3の内
外中間部を上下から食わえる上方食え部18と下
方食え部19とを形成し、該食えた部分を壁にし
てその外側に形成されたゴム液注入用の空間部1
4にゴム液を注入するようにし、ゴム液を注入す
るまえに塗布する接着剤は、前記金属輪環4と前
記金属腕杆3の先部で前記食え部分の内外中間位
置まで塗布するようにしたゴムラグ車輪の製造方
法としたものである。

したゴムラグ車輪の製造方法、および、機体側の
車軸に装着する装着部2より放射状に金属腕杆3
を突出させ、該金属腕杆3の先端部に金属輪環4
を固定し、該金属輪環4と前記金属腕杆3の先部
との外周をゴム液12で被覆するに当り、ゴム液
注入用の上型7と下型8には、前記金属腕杆3の
内外中間部を上下から食わえる上方食え部18と
下方食え部19とを形成し、該食えた部分を壁に
してその外側に形成されたゴム液注入用の空間部
14にゴム液を注入するようにし、ゴム液を注入
するまえに塗布する接着剤は、前記金属輪環4と
前記金属腕杆3の先部で前記食え部分の内外中間
位置まで塗布するようにしたゴムラグ車輪の製造
方法としたものであるから、はみ出しゴム22は
接着剤で接着されていないので、払うのみで簡単
に除去でき、製造の手数を格段に簡略できる効果
を奏する。

壁にその外側をゴムで被覆するようにし、かつ、
ゴムを被覆するまえに塗布する接着剤は、前記食
え部分の内外中間位置まで塗布し前記食え部分よ
りも内側は塗布しないようにしたゴムラグ車輪の
製造方法。 2 機体側の車軸に装着する装着部2より放射状
に金属腕杆3を突出させ、該金属腕杆3の先端部
に金属輪環4を固定し、該金属輪環4と前記金属
腕杆3の先部との外周をゴム液12で被覆するに
