て中びんを囲むと共に、射出成形にて中栓用ネジ
を刻設した中央開口の周壁部と、この周壁部の上
端より外方へ延びた受部と、この受部の外端より
下方へ垂設した垂壁部とを一体成形した肩部材を
設け、外装体の肩部に肩部材を結合し、外装体の
下端に中央開口の底部材を結合し、底部材の中央
開口に締上げ部材を螺着して中びんを押し上げた

周りで、肩部材の受部下面壁と密に当接する環状
リブを突設し、外装体の肩部の中央開口径を口ゴ
ムの環状リブの外径よりわずかに大きくすると共

る一方、肩部材の周壁部の外径を口ゴムの中央開
