Conventional configurations and their problems A typical focus structure implemented in a lens barrel is a fixed lens barrel that is held in the lens mounting part of the camera body, and a focus lens barrel that holds a group of focus lenses. This is a mechanism that allows the lens group to move forward and backward in the optical axis direction by rotating the focus lens barrel relative to a fixed lens barrel. A helicoid ring is used to adjust the shooting distance using the rotation angle. In lens barrels using helicoids, in order to prevent the optical axis from tilting or shifting, it is sufficient to reduce the clearance in the radial direction of the helicoid, but if the clearance is reduced, the rotational torque of the helicoid increases, so motors, etc. When an autofocus mechanism using a drive means of 1 is attached, the load on the motor increases, and unless a large motor with a large output torque is used, malfunction may occur. Therefore, there are problems in that power consumption increases, and when a small motor is used, operation becomes unstable and reliability decreases. In addition, increasing the clearance of the helicoid reduces the frictional force of the helicoid and reduces the rotational torque, which can solve the motor operation problem, but the radial play of the helicoid causes the focus lens group to tilt or shift There was a problem with performance deterioration.

In the drawing, a fixed lens barrel 1 is fixed to a camera body 2, and a zoom lens group is attached to the fixed lens barrel 1.
A zoom ring 3 is rotatably mounted to move L 1 forward and backward along the optical axis, and a focus lens barrel 4 holding a focus lens group L 2 which forms the main part of the present invention is mounted. There is. This focus lens barrel 4 has a helicoid female screw (first
A helicoid screw (second helicoid screw) 4a is provided, and is screwed together with a helicoid male screw (second helicoid screw) 1a formed on the fixed lens barrel 1 to perform a focusing operation in the optical axis direction. At this time, in the conventional lens barrel configuration, if the precision of the helicoid screw is poor, the radial play of the focus lens barrel 4 cannot be controlled, and if the weight of the focus lens group L 2 is large, the helicoid screw A moment is generated in the direction in which the optical axis shifts from the fulcrum.

In the present invention, the focus lens barrel 4 has a ring-shaped first guide portion 4b that has a predetermined distance in the optical axis direction from the helicoid female thread 4a and is substantially concentric with the helicoid female thread 4a. The first guide portion 4b is provided closer to the center of gravity of the focus lens barrel 4 than the helicoid female thread 4a. The fixed lens barrel 1 is integrally provided with a helicoid male screw 1a and a second guide portion 1b that is in sliding contact with the first guide portion 4b and for regulating play in the radial direction of the focus lens barrel 4. Ori, second
The guide width of the guide portion 1b is the same as that of the first guide portion 4b.
The guide width is wider than the width of the guide, and even when the focus lens barrel 4 is extended in the direction of the optical axis due to a focusing operation, the guide parts are always in contact with each other without coming off, thereby preventing play. There is.

Moreover, the first guide part 4b and the second guide part 1
Since the contact part b is provided inside the focus lens barrel, there are no problems with the appearance, and the shape of the guide part is a ring shape that is easy to process, so accuracy can be improved and radial backlash can be avoided. The prevention effect can be enhanced.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description, the present invention includes a focus lens group whose lenses are movable in the optical axis direction for focusing, a first helicoid screw, and an optical a ring-shaped first guide section that is substantially concentric with a predetermined interval in the axial direction, and the first helicoid screw and the first guide section are integrally formed on the same side of a cylinder. a focus lens barrel that is formed in a shape and holds the focus lens group; a second helicoid screw that is screwed into the first helicoid screw; and a focus lens barrel that is in sliding contact with the first guide portion and that holds the focus lens group. a second guide portion for regulating play in the radial direction of the lens barrel, and a fixed lens barrel in which the second helicoid screw and the second guide portion are integrally formed. Therefore, even if there is play in the radial direction of the helicoid, tilting or shifting of the optical axis of the lens can be prevented, and the lens group can be moved forward and backward without deteriorating optical performance. In addition, even when parts are made of resin molding, the ring-shaped guide part, which is easy to modify the mold, can improve precision, so the optical axis can be adjusted without increasing the precision of the helicoid thread, which is difficult to modify the mold. This prevents tilting and shifting. By providing sufficient clearance in the radial direction for the threaded part of the helicoid, it is also possible to reduce rotational torque, which prevents malfunctions and improves reliability when used for autofocus. Furthermore, since a smaller drive motor can be used, power consumption, size, and weight can be reduced.

Furthermore, the sliding contact portion between the first guide portion and the second guide portion is located closer to the center of gravity of the focus lens barrel than the threaded portion between the first helicoid screw and the second helicoid screw. Since the inner circumference of the cast lens barrel slides against the fixed lens barrel, it is possible to effectively prevent radial wobbling due to the lens' own weight no matter what direction the camera is tilted. Since it does not appear on the outside, excellent effects such as operability and aesthetics are not impaired.
