本考案は、板状製品、平鋼、鋼板、角鋼等のよ
うに、下方から投射されたシヨツトが当つた時浮
き上がる軽量製品を研掃するのに好適なシヨツト

(考案の構成)
以下、本考案の構成について実施例の図面に基
づき詳細に説明する。1は研掃室を構成するキヤ
ビネツトで、該キヤビネツト1の天井部および底
部にはシヨツト投射機2,3がそれぞれ配設され
ている。そして、該キヤビネツト1の中段位置側
壁間には、多数のローラ4,4が左右方向に並べ
られて回転自在に配設されており、各ローラ4
は、ブラケツト5,5を介してキヤビネツト1の
外面に固着した軸受ユニツト6,6に架設されて
いる。また、ローラ4,4は適宜の伝動手段を介
して図示しない減速機付モータに連結されてい
る。なお、キヤビネツト1の底部に設けたシヨツ
ト投射機3から投射されるシヨツトが直接当たら
ないように、その部分のローラ4,4は所要の間
隔を開いて配置されている(第3図参照)。また、
この開いて配置されたローラ4,4のうち製品搬
入側のローラ4の直上方位置には、第2図に示す
ように該ローラ4と平行するとともに対向する回
転軸7が、ローラ4と適宜の間隔をおいて回転自
在に配設されており、該回転軸7はギヤ・ピニオ
ン9,10を介してローラ4に連結されている。
また、回転軸7の中央部には適宜の長さを有する
とともに回転軸7の外径より大径の内径を有する
円筒状の押えローラ11が環装されており、該押
えローラ11は、ブラケツト12,12を介して
キヤビネツト1の内面に固着したストツパ13,
13により位置決めされるようになつている。な

接触しているとともに回転軸7がピニオン・ギヤ
9,10を介してローラ4の回転を伝えられて時
計方向に回転されているため、押えローラ11が
製品上に乗り上げると同時に製品は押えローラ1
1・ローラ4間に進入し、続いて、そのまま製品
は矢印方向へ移送される。その結果、製品は押え
ローラ11により下方に押圧されながら移送さ
れ、続いてシヨツト投射機2,3から投射される

のローラ4,4で製品搬入側のローラ4の直上方
位置に、当該ローラ4と適宜の間隔をおきかつ該
ローラ4と平行させるとともに対向させて回転軸
7を回転自在に軸支し、該回転軸7の一端を前記
ローラ4と伝動手段を介して連結し、該回転軸7
には円筒状の押えローラ11を環装したから、ロ
ーラ4,4を介して製品を移送させながら下方か
らシヨツトを投射して研掃を行う時、該製品を押
えローラ11で下方に押圧することができるた
め、従来のこの種の装置のように、シヨツトの衝
突により製品が浮き上がつて研掃ムラが生じた
り、製品同士が重なつたり、シヨツト投射方向へ
製品が反つたりすることがないなどの優れた実用
