- 液体ヘリウム等の極低温液体を取扱う機器を、
該機器の外側部にこれを囲繞して所定の間隙を隔
てて形成された外槽から支持するための極低温液
体用機器の支持構造において、上記外槽より上記
機器をコイル状の支持部材で支持したことを特徴
とする極低温液体用機器の支持構造。
