[Prior Art] Conventional paper peeling devices include a device that forcibly peels paper from the surface of a photoreceptor using an appropriate suction means, and a so-called belt strip that forcibly presses and peels one end of the paper with a peeling belt or the like. A self-stripping device known as a self-stripping device, which is especially used in models that use a belt-shaped photoreceptor, or a device that forcibly peels off the paper using a peeling claw whose tip comes into contact with the surface of the photoreceptor. However, although the device that uses the first suction means to peel off the material has excellent peeling performance, it is large and expensive, making it not very practical, so it is still only used in ultra-high-speed devices. Also, a device that uses a second peeling belt or the like to peel off the paper has excellent peeling performance like the first device, but since a toner image is no longer formed on one end of the paper that is in contact with the belt, copies cannot be made on the entire surface of the paper. When it stopped being used, there were negative effects. In addition, the third device called self-stop does not require special peeling means and is inexpensive, but it is inferior in terms of peelability, especially when the paper is thin such as second original drawing paper, and the peelability is extremely poor. When it decreased, there were negative effects.

On the other hand, the device that peels off the paper using the fourth peeling claw is relatively inexpensive compared to the first to third devices, and can copy the entire surface of the paper. It has been widely adopted because it has sufficient removability by appropriately selecting the attachment method and the like.

By the way, the above-mentioned device using this peeling claw is No. 8.
As shown in Figures 9 to 9, a transfer device b for toner transfer arranged around the photosensitive drum a rotating in the direction of the arrow, and a cleaning device c for cleaning the surface of the photosensitive drum a after toner transfer. The proximal end of the peeling claw e is rotatably supported on a bracket d provided at the bottom of the cleaning device c, and the distal end is supported by its own weight or a spring, etc., on the photosensitive drum a. 0.5gf to 3g to the surface
They are mounted in contact with each other with a pressing force of about f. In order to prevent the surface of the photosensitive drum a from being scratched, a type with a retract mechanism (not shown) or a solenoid ( (not shown) etc., move the peeling claw e to its supporting shaft g.
There is also a type in which the upper part is reciprocated along the axial direction and the contact positions on the photosensitive drum a are dispersed to minimize damage to the surface of the photosensitive drum a.

However, conventional paper peeling devices of this type
As mentioned above, since it is usually arranged below the cleaning device c where toner contamination is most likely to occur, toner falling from the cleaning device c and being scraped off from the surface of the photosensitive drum a by the peeling claw e are removed. When toner is applied to the above-mentioned support shaft g and bearing part f,
or adheres to the bush h etc. interposed between the peeling claw e and the support shaft g, and furthermore, the gap between the contact area between the bearing part f and the support shaft g and the contact area between the support shaft g and the bush h. This has the disadvantage that the gap narrows, causing failure in rotation of the support shaft g and the peeling claw e.

In particular, the gap between the support shaft g and the bushing h is adjusted to about several tens of μm to 150 μm in order to keep the pressing force of the peeling claw e against the photosensitive drum a and the parallelism of the contact portion constant. Therefore, when toner enters this gap, the peeling claw e immediately malfunctions, causing a change in the pressure contact force, which deteriorates the peeling performance and causes a paper jam.

Furthermore, if the tip of the peeling claw e stops at a position away from the photosensitive drum a, the peeling claw e will come into contact with the toner image forming surface of the paper i and scrape off a part of it, resulting in white on the copy image. It had the disadvantage of causing dropouts and black streaks, which significantly degraded the image quality.

It is installed vertically with
and its tip side is connected to the above-mentioned support shaft 5 as shown in FIG.
This tip, which is slightly bent to the side, and the notch 8 of the first support piece 3 form a bearing portion 9 . That is, the notch 8 and the tip of the second support piece 4 are arranged facing each other with an interval slightly narrower than the diameter of the support shaft 5, and the support shaft 5 is pushed into the bearing portion 9. At this time, the support shaft 5 is pressed against the notch 8 by the elastic force of the second support piece 4 and positioned, and is also held between the notch 8 and the second support piece 4 and fitted with a snap. A concave groove 12 is continuously formed approximately in the center of the support shaft 5 along its outer circumferential direction for removing foreign matter such as toner that has entered between the bush 6 and the support shaft 5. Furthermore, the width dimension l 1 of the groove 12 is as follows:
It is preferable that the length l2 of the bush 6 be as large as possible, and the non-contact area between the support shaft 5 and the bush 6 is larger than the contact area so that the frictional force therebetween is smaller. Further, the groove 12 does not necessarily need to be provided continuously, and the groove 12 is not necessarily provided continuously.
As shown in the figure, it may be formed at intermittent portions along the outer circumferential direction of the support shaft 5.

Further, the peeling claw 7 held on the spindle 5 has a first
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 3, a holding member 13 is rotatably pivoted to the support shaft 5, and a peeling claw formed at the tip of the holding member 13 and abuts against the surface of the photosensitive drum 1. It is composed of a member 14.
That is, the holding member 13 is made of a strong material such as ABS resin or polycarbonate resin, and the bushing 6 that fits into the support shaft 5 is provided in the middle part of the holding member 13, as shown in FIG. is installed protrudingly. The fitting gap between the bush 6 of this holding member 13 and the support shaft 5 is 50μ.
The range is preferably from m to 70 μm. The reason for this is that below this range, the fit between the support shaft 5 and the holding member 13 is too tight, and the rotation of the peeling claw 7 is likely to become defective due to slight external factors, while on the other hand, above this range If this happens, rattling may occur and the parallelism of the contact portion of the peeling claw 7 with the photosensitive drum 1 may be impaired.
This is because vibrations of the photosensitive drum 1 or the cleaning device 2 are picked up and contact with the photosensitive drum 1 becomes unstable, resulting in a decrease in peeling performance.

On the other hand, the peeling claw member 14 attached to the tip of the holding member 13 is made of metal such as stainless steel, polyamide-imide plastic, or hard rubber.
It is made of polyurethane rubber, etc. with a temperature of about 70 to 95 degrees. When the peeling claw member 14 is made of plastic, the holding member 13 and the peeling claw member 14 may be formed integrally.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a load applying weight 15 is integrally embedded in the holding member 13 of the peeling claw 7 at the end opposite to the peeling claw member 14. Due to the weight balance of the peeling claw member 15, the tip of the peeling claw member 14 is set to contact the photosensitive drum 1 with a pressing force of about 0.3 gf to 3 gf. If there is sufficient space below the cleaning device 2, the necessary applied pressure can be obtained by extending the holding member 13 from the support shaft 5 without providing the weight 15.

In this embodiment, the support shaft 5 of the peeling claw 7 is snap-fitted into a bearing portion 9 formed by the first and second support pieces 3, 3, 4, and 4 provided on the lower surface side of the cleaning device 2. Since the contact area of the support shaft 5 in contact with the bearing part 9 is small, no groove is formed in this part, but if a conventional bracket is used instead of this structure, It is desirable to form a concave groove also on the outer circumferential surface of the support shaft 5 in contact with the bearing part.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the paper peeling device of the present invention, since the concave groove is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the spindle that supports the stripping claw, toner that has entered the gap between the spindle and the sliding member is removed. and other foreign matter can be collected in the groove,
Foreign matter does not get stuck in the above gap. Therefore, since the rotation of the peeling claw etc. is not hindered, the tip thereof can be brought into contact with the surface of the photoreceptor with a predetermined pressing force, and the peeling performance can be maintained over a long period of time.
