を有する軟質の樹脂材により形成され常には前記
差込み口の上方を覆うようにして延出された防振
シートの一端側が取付けられるとともに、この防
振シートは前記管状体が差込み口を介して収納部
へ押し込まれたときには、管状体と共に収納部内
へ巻込まれ管状体の外周を包み込むように形成さ
