てなる固定スクロールと旋回スクロールとを互い
に角度をずらせて噛み合わせることにより圧縮室
を形成し、この旋回スクロールを自転阻止機構に
よりその自転を阻止しながら旋回駆動機構により
公転旋回運動させることによつてハウジング内に
形成された吸入室から上記圧縮室内に吸入された
ガスを圧縮して上記ハウジング内に形成された吐
出キヤビテイに吐出し、この吐出キヤビテイを上
記ハウジングの外部に形成された吐出チヤンバに
連通させる吐出ガス通路を上記ハウジングの外周
壁に穿設し、上記圧縮室内で圧縮途中のガスをバ
イパスさせるバイパスポートを上記固定スクロー
ルの端板に穿設し、このバイパスポートを上記吸
入室に連通するバイパス通路とこのバイパス通路
を開閉するピストンバルブを内蔵する容量制御ブ
ロツクを上記固定スクロールの端板の外面に密接
させて上記固定スクロールと一緒に上記ハウジン
グ内に固定設置してなるスクロール型圧縮機にお
いて、上記ピストンバルブが摺動自在に嵌装され
るシリンダをその軸線が上記吐出ガス通路の側に
おいて上記固定スクロールに近づくように傾斜さ
せて設けたことを特徴とするスクロール型圧縮機
